If you forget your bastion password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter the email address linked to your account. We send a password-reset link to that email. The link is valid for 24 hours. Click it, enter a new password (at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol), and confirm. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. We do not share password-reset links via SMS for security reasons.

bastion offers a loyalty programme that rewards ongoing gameplay and account activity. Points accumulate each time you place a market or join a session. You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your mobile number, update your password at any time, and view login history to spot unauthorised access.
